Fondé par une famille d'agriculteurs propriétaires terriens belges, la famille Ewbank de Wespin, Le Domaine du Chant d'Eole a vu le jour en 2010. Progressivement, le Domaine, et ses 54ha de vignes plantées, est devenu le plus grand vignoble de Belgique.
