The experience begins as soon as you arrive at the Domaine, where you can reach the heart of the vineyard... on foot or in a golf cart... for an unusual and convivial culinary experience!

For its summer time, the Brasserie d'Éole offers you a menu full of freshness and modern flavors, to taste inside or to enjoy the sunshine in our new patio, in the heart of the vineyared with a cup of Chant d'Éole or Éole Belgian Spritz in hand!

In the winter, the Brasserie d'Eole puts on its winter coat to welcome you to a warm place where fondues, raclettes and comforting recipes delight gourmets and gourmands alike!

For guests under 30, the Lunch Menu (appetizer + main course)—normally served only at lunchtime—is also available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for 29.50 EUR.
