Cuvées Chant d'Eole

From 52 hectares of Chardonnay, planted on white chalk soil, 3 cuvées have been developed: Brut Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rosé and Brut Réserve. These Cuvées are vinified with passion and matured for a minimum of 18 months on laths (48 months cellar ageing for the Cuvée Réserve).

Elixir Saint-Georges

Elixir Saint-Georges is our muté wine, developed by adding alcohol to the must (juice) to stop fermentation. This wine is then matured for 9 months in barrels made from Belgian wood (forests of

Rochefort). The result is an elegant still wine.

Eole Belgian Spritz

Our Eole Belgian Spritz, part gin, part bitter between a gin and a bitter, is the ideal companion for festive aperitifs!
