For its summer time, the Brasserie d'Éole offers you a menu full of freshness and modern flavors, to taste inside or to enjoy the sunshine in our new patio, in the heart of the vineyared with a cup of Chant d'Éole or Éole Belgian Spritz in hand!

In the winter, the Brasserie d'Eole puts on its winter coat to welcome you to a warm place where fondues, raclettes and comforting recipes delight gourmets and gourmands alike!

Le Chalet d'hiver

Cet hiver, le Domaine du Chant d’Éole se transforme en une destination hivernale inattendue, où l’esprit des Alpes rencontre l’élégance du vignoble.

Métamorphosée en chalet alpin dès le 18 novembre, retrouvez le plaisir de ces assiettes d'hiver dans ce décor transformé à table ou installez-vous dans une télécabine privatisée pour partager une raclette ou une fondue et laissez-vous transporter dans une atmosphère chaleureuse, hors du temps.
