Le Chant d'Eole is a fast-growing family winery based in Quévy-le-Grand, 5 minutes from Mons.
Already recognised as one of the best in Belgium, our wines are constantly topping the podium in international competitions and are served in prestigious restaurants around the world. Today the estate covers 42ha, with plans to plant additional vines over the next 2 years to reach 50ha.
The Domaine du Chant d'Eole is preparing for a period rich in events and emotions. As part of this intense programme, we are looking for motivated people to strengthen our team.
Your role:
EXPERIENCE REQUISE: Min. 3 ans d'expérience
ORGANISATION: Depends on the kitchen/dining room (team) manager, kitchen manager (chef) or manager. Does not manage.
AIMS: Washing up and cleaning up.
MAIN TASKS:
- - Starts the dishwasher and adds soap, rinse aid and descaler as required.
- Rassemble et trie la vaisselle d'après le genre (verres, assiettes, tasses, couverts, etc).
- Jette déchets et restes de nourriture dans les poubelles, trie les vidanges.
- - Arrange the dishes in the baskets according to type, place them in the dishwasher[1]or in the rinse trays.
- - Cleans pots and pans.
- - Takes cleaned dishes out of the machine, checks them for cleanliness and arranges them in the appropriate places (trolleys, shelves, cupboards); arranges cutlery, wipes services (e.g. glasses).
- - Regularly check the machine's operation (hot water, detergents) and regularly replace the water in the rinse tanks.
- - Cleans the dishwasher after use, cleans filters and dish trays.
- - Maintains and cleans workplaces and installations (brushes, scrapes, degreases, disinfects, etc.); carries out various cleaning tasks.
- - Collect the bin bags.
- - Reports defects or breakages.
