Before placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read them.

Article 2 - Legal age
The legal age for the sale of alcohol is 18. By placing an order,
, the buyer declares that he/she is at least 18 years old.
Article 3 - Prices
The prices indicated in our offers are valid for 3 months unless otherwise specified in the price offer and
.
Our prices are expressed in euros and exclude VAT and delivery costs.
Domaine du Chant d'Eole sprl reserves the right to modify prices and/or correct any errors.
Article 4 - Ordering
The order may only include a maximum of 10% Rosé.
However, the customer is under no obligation to order this type of wine.
The customer must provide full contact details when ordering, i.e. billing address,
delivery address, VAT number, telephone number, e-mail address, contact person, etc.).
Article 4a - Event
The choice of dishes for your event will be validated a maximum of 10 days before the said date. After this deadline, the chef will adapt the menu according to market produce.
A 50% deposit will be required to validate your event. The balance must be paid in full within 7 days of the date of the event. Any administrative changes will incur an additional flat-rate charge of €25. Consumption and surplus on the day of the event will be billed separately.
No changes will be made in the event of withdrawal or cancellation within 7 days of the event.
As far as the technical and logistical aspects are concerned, any changes made within 72 hours of your event will be subject to additional charges, including the hire of equipment and the provision of services, depending on the availability of equipment and manpower during this period.
Article 5 - Delivery

The merchandise is delivered between 7 and 10 working days after receipt of your payment.
The merchandise is delivered by our van free domicile.
The bottles will be packaged in boxes of 6 bottles.
The signing of the delivery receipt will imply acceptance by the customer.
If a delivery arrives damaged at the customer's premises, the customer must refuse it in whole or in part at the latest when
signs the delivery note.
The carrier will inform Domaine du Chant d'Eole sprl, which will immediately
reship an identical parcel to the customer.

Article 6 - Paiement

Our invoices are payable in cash unless otherwise specified in our price quotation.
The seller retains full and exclusive ownership of the goods until they have been paid for in full, nothing
excepted or reserved.
Article 7 - Revente
There is no way that the products sold will find their way into medium and large-scale distribution.
Article 8 - Returns
If you wish to return one or more products, please notify us by e-mail at the following address info@chantdeole.be. This must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You will then be asked to return the products to us in their entirety, in perfect condition and presented in their original packaging or, at your choice, suitable packaging (return journeys at your own risk) within a maximum period of 14 days from the sending of the email.

Article 9 - Miscellaneous
Should any provision of these conditions become null and void, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
In the event of a dispute, the Mons Commercial Courts shall have sole jurisdiction, notwithstanding any provision

Articles 10 - Restrictions on the use of tickets
10.1: The ticket issued is only valid for the date and time indicated.
10.2: Only tickets purchased from the Chant d'Eole website
are valid. 10.3: The ticket may not be used for advertising and/or commercial purposes without the authorisation of the Chant d'Eole management.
Articles 11 - Issuing tickets
11.1 : Only tickets sent by email with a barcode are valid for visits to the domain. Tickets received by email can be printed by the customer and used during the visit;
Articles 12 - Cancellations and refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor can they be taken back or exchanged. No refunds are possible in the event of cancellation or postponement of a visit;
