Our guided tour will take you to the heart of the vineyard's history. Our enthusiastic guides will explain the different stages in the making of our cuvées, from planting to bottling, including the choice of grape varieties, vine maintenance and vinification;
The tour ends with a tasting of our Chant d'Eole Brut Blanc de Blancs, Chant d'Eole Brut Rosé and Elixir Saint-Georges.
